Tammi acts as my eyes, ears and meticulous caretaker when I'm traveling away from my beautiful beach home. 

 

She addresses day to day maintenance as well as long term maintenance and construction issues.  She expertly recommends a carefully vetted group of contractors and oversees their work with a level of detail and professionalism that is second to none. She treats my money as if it were her own, always cost-effectively managing the work she oversees.  I would not be able to maintain bi-coastal residences without her.
